Following Kevin Nagle’s recent acquisition of Huddersfield Town, there have been changes to the club’s Board of Directors.
Former owner Dean Hoyle officially resigned from the Board following the sale of the club to Town LLC, Mr Nagle’s company.
New owner and Chairman Kevin Nagle has been appointed to the Board of Directors, where he is joined by Michael Thomas (pictured above).
Mr Thomas is Chief Financial Officer of The Nagle Companies and its Family Office. He also oversees the financial affairs of Sacramento Republic FC and the El Dorado Hills Town Centre.
Michael joined The Nagle Companies in 2015 after more than two decades of experience across corporate banking and structured finance and was previously Senior Vice President Finance and Corporate Treasurer at the Calpine Corporation, where he participated in capital financings in excess of $20 billion.
Mr Thomas received a B.A. in business economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
Kevin and Michael join the existing Company Directors, Ann Hough and David Threlfall-Sykes, on the club’s current Board.
