Huddersfield Town Manager Neil Warnock has asked for complete backing from Town supporters for the remainder of the 2022/23 season as his side navigate their final 15 fixtures of the campaign.

Speaking from his office at the Millers Oils High Performance Complex having rejoined the Club this week as Manager after cutting short his retirement, Warnock addressed supporters directly ahead of his return to the John Smith’s Stadium against Birmingham City on Saturday 18 February.

Issuing a rallying call, Warnock said:

“Hi everyone,

I just wanted to say that it’s lovely to be back and that I’m going to do my best – you know that.

“We’re going to need some help from you lot, whoever comes on the pitch I want you to get really behind them, whatever happens.

“We’ve only got 15 games left, so forget what’s happened in the past and the grievances that are here, there and everywhere, just get behind my team and make it worthwhile!

“Make that stadium what I know it’s like when it’s buzzing, get that crowd going and I’m hoping that you can be that twelfth man.

“Many thanks!”
