We are encouraging supporters to speak out on any mental health problems as we take part in Time To Talk Day 2023.
Mental health is equally important as physical health and people need to be encouraged to speak out about it and feel comfortable enough to do so.
Time to Talk is a campaign that encourages people and communities across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland to talk about mental health, and was founded in 2014.
In partnership with the Co-op, Time to Talk provides a service in over 50 local communities.
Time to Talk day is all about creating supportive communities by having conversations with family and friends and colleagues.
