Town Season Card Holders have the opportunity to tell us about their match day experience by completing our annual survey, which was emailed to them on Wednesday 18 January.
An opportunity for supporters to give the Club their opinion and feedback on all aspects of the match day experience, club communication and other topics, the annual survey is used by the Club to ensure Town fans are heard.
The survey also includes a Diversity Monitoring section which is a requirement of the Premier League Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Standard, to which the Club is continuing to work. These questions are only for those aged 16 or over.
Any information provided is anonymous, will be treated as confidential and will be used for the sole purposes of monitoring and improving the effectiveness of our Equality and Inclusion Policies.
