Young Terriers look to progress to the quarter-finals in the Premier League Cup

Looking to progress to the quarter-finals, our Huddersfield Town B Team welcome Blackburn Rovers to the John Smith’s Stadium in the Premier League Cup on Tuesday 7 February, 7pm kick-off.
After coming top of Group C with four wins, one draw, and one loss, the youngsters are looking to further their progression to the quarter-finals on Tuesday as they face Blackburn Rovers at the John Smith’s Stadium.
The group stages saw the B Team beat Middlesbrough and Watford away from home and Middlesbrough and West Brom at home. They also drew against Watford at home and lost against West Brom away from home in the last game of the group stage, after already qualifying for this knockout round.
Aiming to reach the next round, Jon Worthington willput as strong a side as possible and will have names such as Kyle Hudlin, Charles Ondo, Brahima Diarra, Kian Harratt and Etienne Camara to call on – who Town fans will be familiar with.
The Young Terriers reached the final 16 last years after topping their group, but unfortunately, they were knocked out of the competition by Stoke City at the John Smith’s Stadium – so they will be looking to get further this time round.
