Huddersfield Town supporters and all visitors to the John Smith’s Stadium - including away fans - have several resources to provide assistance, with our dedicated Help social media account and ‘Here To Help’ staff on match day always available!
Our ‘Here to Help’ team are a group of match day helpers who are there to give assistance and information to fans at home fixtures at locations around the John Smith’s Stadium. We have staff members situated around the Community Hub, who are a friendly face to juniors and their families seeking help.
They can be identified by their red hoodies with ‘Here to Help’ on the back and are on hand to answer questions you may have, or simply to have a chat with! Sometimes they’ll have free stickers and other goodies to give away too!
The friendly, proactive people will be at the John Smith’s Stadium from two and a half hours before kick-off, and there are also stewards present around the Stadium who will be happy to assist you.
For assistance during the week or away from a match day at the stadium, our dedicated @htafchelp channel is monitored from 9am to 5pm on weekdays, and up until kick-off at all fixtures both home and away - simply send us a message, and we will endeavour to get back to you as quickly as possible!
Huddersfield Town’s Supporter Services Manager, Rachel Taylor, commented:
“The Here to Help team are there to help all supporters, whether that’s away fans who have never been to the John Smith’s Stadium, new Town supporters or those who come week in week out.
“Please don’t hesitate to ask for help in order to improve your match day experience with us, just look out for the team in red!
“Our help channel is also available to all supporters, and that has been of real use to supporters during the week and before they get to the game, both home and away.
“We will always do what we can to help supporters, with our dedicated supporterservices@htafc.com email address also available to anybody who wishes to get in touch with our department directly.”
