Young Terriers to face Newcastle United, Nottingham Forest and Fleetwood Town

Huddersfield Town’s youngsters will face Newcastle United, Nottingham Forest and Fleetwood Town in Group F of the Premier League Cup between September 2023 and January 2024.
The Young Terriers, led by Jon Worthington with help from Academy Coach George Danaher, are in the six-game group stage against high-quality opposition.
Town will play all three home games at the John Smith’s Stadium!

The Premier League Cup is a competition for Under-23 players, although clubs are permitted to play three overage outfielders and an overage goalkeeper if they choose.
There are 32 teams split across eight groups at the current stage, with the top two teams in each group qualifying for the knockout stage.
