Huddersfield Town defender Michał Helik admitted that the team was disappointed to draw after establishing a two nil lead, but the point gained was something they must respect.
With their backs to the wall for the majority of the second half after conceding straight after the break, the defence performed admirably to secure a point which at several stages seemed under threat.
Helik commented:
“I think we started well, obviously.
“We were a bit too deep, but we were defending well but we scored two goals and until half time everything was looking good.
“That goal we conceded really quickly after the whistle in the second half made it a bit harder for us, and in the end the point is a result we need to respect after that game because we were playing against a really good side and we need to give it to them.
“Still, if you are two nil up at home, it’s disappointing to finish with a draw.”
