Town Coach Narcís Pèlach said that “Every time we’re on the pitch, we play for each other” after Town won their second game of the season.
Opening up about the game, the Coach said that the players played with passion and honour, as well as commenting on the fans’ atmosphere and Etienne Camara’s first Sky Bet Championship start.
“I thought the players were fantastic and took every message on board.
“We asked them to fight, to play with passion, and to play with honour and they did.
“There is still a lot of work to do, with the basics and the fundamentals - to play with courage and with passion and this will follow with a positive mindset.
“Every time we’re on the pitch we’re playing for each other.
“Last season we reached an amazing achievement and that was because every time we were on the pitch, we were fighting for each other – and I really think the players took that on board today.
“The atmosphere was excellent today, but I don’t expect any less because I have seen the stadium going and when you give the something, they give you it back - but this has to come from us to begin with.
“With the mindset of Etienne Camara, he was deserving of the start in the First Team, and I really think this was the right game because we believed the win was there.
“He managed the game really well.
“We’re all really happy for him because he is such a nice guy – but he has to play with this desire every single game.”
