Defender moves across the Sky Bet Championship

- Defender joins fellow Sky Bet Championship side

Rarmani Edmonds-Green has joined fellow Sky Bet Championship side Wigan Athletic on loan for the 2022/23 season.
The 23-year-old defender moves west to join up with Leam Richardson’s side for the rest of the campaign, with a recall clause in January part of the agreement.
Four of his 31 Huddersfield Town appearances have come under Danny Schofield during August, but he will now move across the division to further his Championship experience.
Huddersfield Town’s Head of Football Operations Leigh Bromby explained:
“This move is the right one for Rarmani at this stage, as the arrival of Luke Mbete – combined with the other options we have in central defence – will reduce his available playing time.
“Rarmani has shown that he can perform consistently at League One level through his spell at Rotherham last season, and now he has the chance to go and play in the Sky Bet Championship with Wigan. We will monitor his performances very closely over the next weeks and months.”
