Head Coach Mark Fotheringham makes three changes to the line-up

- Head Coach Mark Fotheringham makes three changes
- Will Boyle makes his first Sky Bet Championship start

Huddersfield Town Head Coach Mark Fotheringham has made three changes to the starting line-up for today’s Sky Bet Championship game against Blackburn Rovers; 3pm kick-off at Ewood Park.

With Yuta Nakayama ruled out for the season with the Achilles injury sustained against Sunderland in midweek, Fotheringham has handed a first Sky Bet Championship start to Will Boyle in central defence.

Our second change sees Sorba Thomas come straight back into the side following his one match suspension. He replaces Ben Jackson, who is among the substitutes despite being stretchered off against the Black Cats in midweek.

Our final switch comes up front, where Danny Ward replaces Jordan Rhodes. Ward has scored four goals in his last four appearances against today’s opposition.

There is one further change among the substitutes, where Aston Villa loanee Kaine Kesler-Hayden makes a first appearance in seven fixtures. He replaces Jon Russell.

Fotheringham is without Ollie Turton, Matty Pearson, Jonathan Hogg, Tino Anjorin, Pat Jones, Tyreece Simpson, Tom Lees, and Yuta Nakayama through injury or illness.
