Our very own Sorba Thomas appeared in Wales’ first game of the FIFA World Cup in Qatar, as the Dragons equalised and held USA to a draw.
Thomas made his World Cup debut as Wales began their journey in Group B against USA last night.
Our winger came on in the 93rd minute for his seventh cap and helped his side secure the point and start the tournament with a draw.

You can watch Sorba and Wales in their next game against Iran on 25 November, with kick-off at 10am at the Al Rayyan Stadium, available to stream via BBC.
This takes place before the final game of the group stage – the big game between Wales and England, on 29 November with a 7pm kick-off and this will also be broadcast via BBC.
