In our third daily episode of Inside Training from our Marbella training camp, we take another look at the work being put in by the First Team in Spain.
With fitness levels extremely high, the side have continued to fine tune their shape work and look at attacking patterns and principles under Head Coach Mark Fotheringham.
Boosted by the phased return of the likes of Jonathan Hogg, Tino Anjorin and Tyreece Simpson, we’ve also seen Matty Pearson return to the grass this week, working on his fitness and comfort running and moving following an extended period of rehabilitation.
The atmosphere has been excellent, with the lads benefitting from the warm weather of the southern Spanish coast, allowing them to complete double sessions morning and afternoon in brilliant conditions, getting their gym and pitch work completed at the Marbella Football Centre.
