Huddersfield Town Head Coach Mark Fotheringham speaks to HTTV following Swansea draw

- Huddersfield Town 0-0 Swansea City
- Town head into 2022 FIFA World Cup break with four points from six

Reflecting after watching his side keep a clean sheet and get another point on the board ahead of the upcoming international break, our Head Coach shared his happiness with the result overall.

“It was a very well-deserved point in my opinion” he said.

“We’re exhausted, we’re a depleted squad and we lived every emotion of that together as a group.

“The lads threw every bit of energy they had into that game, and they can go into this break now galvanised and we can get some of this horrific injury list we have back.

“The most pleasing thing for me is that I’ve seen some new leaders group in the group, and I’ve also got so much respect for these young players because they’re playing with no fear whatsoever and the experienced ones are guiding them really well at the moment, and it’s a really pleasing situation to be in.”
