Huddersfield Town have been drawn away at Preston North End in the Third Round of the Emirates FA Cup.
This season’s Third Round proper will take place across the weekend of Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 of January 2023, with an exact date for our game at Deepdale to be confirmed in due course.
It will be the second time this season that Town meet Preston NE in cup competition, following on from our Carabao Cup meeting back in August.
Mark Fotheringham's side play at Deepdale in the Sky Bet Championship at the end of the previous month, on Boxing Day 2022.
Town's only FA Cup win, back in 1922, came courtesy of victory over Preston NE at Chelsea's Stamford Bridge!
