The B Team’s Premier League Cup campaign reaches the knockout stages on Wednesday 9 March 2022 when the Young Terriers host Stoke City at John Smith’s Stadium in a 7pm kick-off!
Jon Worthington’s youngsters have enjoyed an impressive stay in the competition so far, reaching the last 16 by topping the Group G standings with five wins and one draw in six unbeaten games.
They now face a tough test against the Potters; Under-23 team, who qualify as runners-up in Group H with nine points from six matches.
Managed by former Wrexham striker Kevin Russell, Stoke qualified with a thumping 5-1 win at Southend United in their final group game, and are pushing hard for the Play-Offs in their league season too.
The winner must be decided on the night, with extra time and penalties if needed!
It’s pay on the night for all fans, with turnstiles opening from 6.30pm. Prices are as follows:
Adults – £5
Concessions – £2
