In the latest episode of our series of Terriers Together Talks, we assembled a panel to discuss Disability Pride Month, which falls in July of each year.

An important month for both the LGBTQ+ and disabled community, we spoke to Paul Cooney of the Huddersfield Town Disabled Supporters’ Club, Ryan Mather who founded the Proud Terriers Group and Stephen Hornby who helped organise the recent Pride ’81 march in Huddersfield on top of his role as playwright in residence for the LGBT+ History Month.

An interesting and insightful discussion, the panel open up about their own experiences and how they relate to both football and the Club, highlighting how much progress has been made and how much work there is still to do.

Supporters can listen to the latest episode on both Spotify and Apple Podcasts via HTAFC Sounds, and the full episode is available below!
