Danny Schofield’s First Team play their first pre-season friendly ahead of the 2022/23 season this afternoon, hosting Sky Bet League One side Morecambe behind-closed-doors at the Millers Oils High Performance Complex.
The game will kick-off at 2pm, with the Terriers expected to play two completely different teams so players can all get 45 minutes under their belts.
Several players who are at different stages of their individual pre-season schedules are not involved today and trained this morning. That includes newest recruits David Kasumu and Connor Mahoney, the players who returned later after international commitments during the summer like Sorba Thomas, and others including Lewis O’Brien and Ryan Schofield.
The players will wear the new 2022/23 all-black kit for the first time this afternoon but are not wearing squad numbers for the coming campaign – these will be released soon on htafc.com!
