Important information for 2022/23 Season Card holders
- 2022/23 season starts on Friday vs Burnley (8pm)
- New Season Card holders should all have received physical access card
- We’d encourage Season Card holders to try the digital version!
Ahead of our season opener against Burnley on Friday 29 July 2022, we have some important information for 2022/23 Season Card Holders.
Emails have now been sent to 2022/23 Season Card holders containing the digital access option for the new campaign!
The email includes full information on how to set up your Season Card on your smart phone, and we believe you’ll find it a very straightforward process! Having your access card on your phone should stop you ever misplacing or forgetting your physical card, and we think you’ll find it just as easy as getting your physical card out of your wallet or bag in order to enter the Stadium.
If you’re not comfortable with that process, you’ll have the option of using your physical card too.
If you have not received this email, please email ticketenquiries@htafc.com to let us know, stating your full name and client reference number.
If you are a 2021/22 Season Card holder, and haven’t moved stands, seats or age bands, then the 2022/23 season will be loaded onto your existing card. If you no longer have access to your 2021/22 Season Card, (either the physical or digital version) and haven’t received an email from us this week, please email ticketenquiries@htafc.com.
If you are a new Season Card holder, have moved stands or seats, or have changed age bands, you should have now received a new physical card. If you haven’t received your new card, please email ticketenquiries@htafc.com to let us know, stating your full name and client reference number.
Regardless of which option you choose to use on a match day, you will only gain access once – either via the digital card or the physical one. However, you can then use either method again at the next home game.
