Young Terriers heading to Armagh for four days
- Town B to travel to Northern Ireland on Monday
- Young Terriers to use Loughgall FC’s training facilities
- Four-day pre-season trip between 25-28 July
Huddersfield Town’s B Team will travel to Northern Ireland on Monday (25 July 2022) as part of their preparations for the 2022/23 season!
On the back of lots of hard work at the Millers Oils High Performance Complex over the last month, the Young Terriers will now travel to Armagh for four days.
An ideal opportunity to integrate new B Team players into the existing set up, the team will be based in Armagh and use the training facilities of Academy partner club Loughgall FC.
Formed in August 2021, the partnership has already seen Loughgall visit Canalside on several occasions, most recently in April 2022.
Last week, our partner club @LoughgallFC came to visit! 🤗— HTAFC Academy (@htafcacademy) April 28, 2022

A key part of the partnership is knowledge sharing between coaches and support staff, and so during this return visit, Town’s Academy staff will be on hand to run some coaching sessions with Loughgall’s youth players.
The B Team will take part in two friendlies whilst over in Northern Ireland, putting them to the test in two tough, physical games.
