TEAM NEWS: TOWN vs STOKE CITY

28 January 2022

One change to the side from the win at Reading

- Huddersfield Town side named to face Stoke City
- Head Coach Carlos Corberán makes one change to the side
- Ollie Turton replaces Pipa, who has a knock

Huddersfield Town Head Coach Carlos Corberán has made one change to the starting line-up for tonight’s Sky Bet Championship game against Stoke City; 7.45pm kick-off at the John Smith’s Stadium.

Unfortunately, Pipa misses out this evening with an Achilles issue. As a result, Ollie Turton returns to the team.

The 11 is otherwise unchanged from the one that started last weekend’s 4-3 victory at Reading, which means that Harry Toffolo makes the 250th of his career in all domestic competitions tonight!

Josh Koroma starts a fifth consecutive start in all competitions for the first time this season.

There are two additions to the substitutes’ bench tonight. Pipa’s vacant place in the match day 18 is taken by the returning Duane Holmes, who missed the last two games due to a COVID isolation period, whilst Scott High replaces Aaron Rowe.

Alongside Pipa, Corberán is still without Ryan Schofield (shoulder), Álex Vallejo (knee), Rolando Aarons (knee) and Levi Colwill (knee).
