3 January 2022

- Max Dearnley recalled, whilst Ben Midgley back too

Three Young Terriers are back at Huddersfield Town following the conclusion of their recent loan spells in senior football.

18-year-old holding midfielder Ernaldo Krasniqi’s six-month loan spell at Scottish side Falkirk ends today, with the Albania Under-19 international returning to Canalside. Ernaldo, pictured above, made eight appearances in all competitions for the Scottish League One side, gaining valuable experience of senior football.

Town have also recalled goalkeeper Max Dearnley from his loan spell with local non-league side Ossett United. The B Team stopper, 23, made nine starts during his loan, and subsequently travelled as third goalkeeper to the First Team’s 0-0 draw at Blackburn Rovers on Sunday.

Midfielder Ben Midgley, 18, also recently concluded his loan spell with Nuneaton Borough. In his first experience of senior football, Ben scored once in six games for the non-league side.
