With our return to Sky Bet Championship action now just one day away, HTTV Inside Training has returned on YouTube to give supporters a behind-the-scenes glimpse at First Team preparations.
Having put in the hard yards in the training camp last week in Marbella, the First Team have returned to their usual preparations and routine at the Millers Oils High Performance Complex by working closely with our Physical Performance staff to ensure their bodies are primed for the test ahead at Bramall Lane on Saturday afternoon.
Being lead through their indoor and gym-based work by Head of Strength and IDP Callum Adams before heading out onto the grass with Head of Physical Performance Paul Bower, the latest episode of Inside Training lifts the lid on how our players and First Team staff work together to ensure that everyone has recovered completely and is as fit as possible in the face of the demands of the Sky Bet Championship.
