Town Head Coach Mark Fotheringham insisted he was happy with the effort of his side despite the defeat at Bramall Lane, while admitted that they should’ve dealt with the winning goal better.
Having conceded in the first half to Billy Sharp in the only clearcut chance of the game for either side, the Terriers did their best to level but couldn’t get through a strong Sheffield United defence.
Speaking to HTTV at full-time, Fotheringham shared his views on the game, his view on the goal conceded, where Town might do better in attack going forward and the difference in his side between now and before the 2022 FIFA World Cup break took place.
