Huddersfield Town’s FA Cup Third Round fixture away at Preston North End will take place on Saturday 7 January 2023; 12.30pm kick-off.
This season’s Third Round proper will take place across the weekend of 7/8 January 2023, with our game at Deepdale confirmed for Saturday 7 January 2023; 12.30pm kick-off.

This will be the second time this season that Town meet Preston in a cup competition, following on from our Carabao Cup meeting back in August.
In addition to this, it will also be the fourth time Mark Fotheringham’s side play the Lilywhites this season, having already met at Deepdale the previous month on Boxing Day 2022 by the time this tie is held.
Towns only FA Cup win, back in 1922, came courtesy of victory over Preston at Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge!
