If you have a spare concession ticket for an upcoming game, you can now upgrade that ticket to bring an adult or an older price category for a one-off game.
This function will allow Season Card Holders to upgrade a concession seat ticket to an adult or another concession ticket, for example, an Under-16 ticket to an Over-65 ticket.
This process will allow the Season Card Holder select who will receive their ticket and will also allow them to send the ticket at the upgrade rate so that the receiving supporter can log in and purchase the ticket.
The idea is that if you want to upgrade a junior Season Card to bring an adult or an older price category for a one-off game then this is an easy way to do it online at home without having to go to the Ticket Office before the specific game to get the ticket transferred.
