Tino Anjorin and Jed Wallace exchanged a brace each as Town and West Brom played out an entertaining draw at the John Smith’s Stadium.

Town started the brighter, with Anjorin at the heart of multiple attacks in the opening minutes of the game. Putting that momentum to good use, the attacking midfielder on loan from Chelsea fired in from range what he described as the best goal of his career to date to give Town a deserved lead.

Doubling the lead and his own goal tally moments later, Tino robbed West Brom of the ball pressing high on the touchline before carrying it into the box alone and finishing coolly past Button, with Town looking mightily impressive during that period of the game.

Conceding just before half time, however, Town allowed West Brom a foothold back in the game, with Wallace once again converting soon after the break to level the scores and completely change the dynamic of the game.

Both sides had opportunities to win, but nobody came closer than Josh Ruffels from range, hitting a beautiful strike with his left boot off the inside of the West Brom post, with the ball bouncing back out into the box rather than into the back of the net.
