Huddersfield Town fans can now watch the latest edition of ‘Inside Training’ courtesy of HTTV!
Town’s First Team have been working hard ahead of Saturday’s Sky Bet Championship game against West Bromwich Albion.
Head of Physical Performance Paul Bowyer and Physical Performance Coach Jordan Foster ran the warm-up ahead of training, introducing some competition into their exercises to increase the intensity of the activities.
The Terriers then worked with Danny Schofield, Narcís Pèlach and Paul Harsley in a variety of on the ball and off the ball drills, looking at pressing shapes and attacking transitions in various small sided groups to mimic different strategies the side may employ throughout the season.
Alongside this, Head of Goalkeeping Paul Clements worked with Lee Nicholls and B Team 'keepers Jacob Chapman, Nicholas Bilokapic and Gio Bellagambi to work on their close-range reactions and how to deal with second chance strikes on goal.
The training session ended with finishing drills, so our outfield players went up to try their luck against our ‘keepers – take a look at how they got on!
