If you’re coming to the game against Barnsley on Friday 22 April 2022, we’ve got plenty for you to do outside the John Smith’s Stadium!
Here is all the information you need in order to plan your family’s pre-match activities.
CELEBRATING 100 YEARS
COMMUNITY HUB
Located opposite Legend’s Bar and Café, our Community Hub is home to table football, FIFA 22 on the PlayStations and colouring in areas!
Face painting is also free from the Community Hub before kick-off – young supporters can stand out in the crowd and show their Terrier spirit with Town themed face paint!
Available to Under-18s only, children must be accompanied by an adult to gain entry.
DELIVEREE STREET FOOD ZONE
If you start feeling peckish, you can enjoy a bite to eat courtesy of Deliveree!
With an expanded capacity and a new cover to shelter from any potential rain – our Deliveree Street Food Zone has been one of the season’s popular pre-game hits.
Friday’s vendors are Burgers and Loaded Fries, Gourmet Hot Dogs, Hey Sweetheart and Coffee Punks!
Alongside your pre-match food, Magic Rock will also be there, so you can wash down your food with some Town lager!
TERRY THE TERRIER
Our official Club mascot - the one and only Terry the Terrier! – can be located around the Community Hub before the match, before moving inside the John Smith’s Stadium by the Core Lower Stand closer to kick-off.
Feel free to go up and grab a selfie – or a quick cuddle – with everyone’s favourite Terrier!
INFLATABLES
Weather permitting, our football themed inflatables will be out in front of the Core Stand Lower ahead of kick-off, which are always a huge hit.
Whether you want to test your skills on our inflatable speed cage or try your luck at target shot games, make sure to head across early to get yourself a go!

Available from our kiosks inside the John Smith’s Stadium, Terry’s Kids Bag is the ideal match day snack for your little ones!
For just £3.50, your Young Terrier will get a sausage roll, piece of fruit, bottle of water and a cookie.
A perfect treat to take to your seat, your little one can watch the game whilst eating away!
THE TERRIER
Entirely free to supporters for the 2021/22 season, the latest edition of our match day programme is dedicated to our 1922 FA Cup win. The front cover will be a mix of the original Cup Final programme cover with a modern twist and will have a feature in it about that momentous day in 1922, including a chance meeting of the two teams on the journey to the game!
THE KIRKWOOD SNOWDOGS
For eight whole weeks in Autumn 2022, towns and villages across Kirklees will brought to life by a pack of dazzlingly decorated Snowdog sculptures, creating a spectacular event for our entire community to enjoy.
Ahead of their official arrival, they’ll be paying a visit to the John Smith’s Stadium!
