LOAN WATCH: BILOKAPIC MAKES HARTLEPOOL DEBUT

An update on how Town’s players are performing at their loan clubs

- Round-up of Huddersfield Town’s loan players
- Both First Team and Academy players getting First Team football
- Nicholas Bilokapic makes Hartlepool debut

Huddersfield Town currently have 14 players out on loan during the 2021/22 season as they seek further experience of First Team football.

It’s been an impressive couple of weeks for our youngsters out on loan, ranging from a debut to a last-minute match winner!

With that in mind, here is our loan round-up!

Rarmani Edmonds-Green – Rotherham United

The 23-year-old has made 33 appearances across all competitions since joining Rotherham in August 2021.

From the 23 league games that Edmonds-Green has featured in this season, Rotherham have kept 11 clean sheets, with the defender helping himself to a goal and three assists in that period.

Edmonds-Green was most recently on the bench for Rotherham in their Papa John’s Final win over Sutton United.

Romoney Crichlow – Plymouth Argyle

Following his move to Plymouth in January, Crichlow has made three appearances so far.

Currently occupying the fourth spot of the League 1 table, the Pilgrims have only lost one in their last games as they continue their push for promotion.

Ben Jackson – Doncaster Rovers

The 21-year-old has featured in all but one game for Doncaster Rovers since joining on loan.

Donny currently sit in 23rd place of the League 1 table, seven points from safety. However, with six games left until the end of the season, it’s still all to play for.

Kieran Phillips – Exeter City

Following his move to Exeter in January, Phillips has made 10 appearances so far.

Currently occupying an automatic promotion spot, the Grecians will be looking to secure their place in League 1 for the 2022/23 season.

Kian Harratt – Port Vale

Since joining Port Vale in January, Harratt has made 14 appearances, scoring three goals in the process, including two against Mansfield Town.

Sitting in third place in League 2, Port Vale will be looking to see themselves gain promotion to League 1.

Nicholas Bilokapic – Hartlepool United

The 25/26 March 2022 saw an action packed 24 hours for the 19-year-old!

Our young ‘keeper made his Australia Under-23s debut against Holland on Friday 25 March, before making his Hartlepool debut against Northampton Town on Saturday 26 March!

Matty Daly – Bradford City

Since joining Bradford in January, Daly has made nine appearances, scoring one goal in the process.

The youngster is currently back at Canalside following surgery for a foot injury which has ruled him out for the rest of the season.

Josh Austerfield – Harrogate Town

Game time has been limited for Austerfield since joining Harrogate, with the defender making six appearances in all competitions so far.

With six games left to play, the Sulphurites currently sit 16th in League 2 with 47 points.

Max Dearnley – Liversedge

Liversedge currently sit top in the Northern East Division, with Dearnley claiming seven clean sheets from a possible 12 so far.

Michael Roxburgh – Stocksbridge Park Steels FC

A fast fan favourite, Roxburgh has kept four clean sheets and won two Man of the Match awards since joining Stocksbridge in January.

Stocksbridge PSFC currently sit 10th in the Northern East Division with 45 points.

Sam Peplow – Hyde United

The 19-year-old midfielder joined Northern Premier League Premier Division Hyde United on an initial one-month long loan at the end of February.

Making an instant impression, his loan was extended until the end of the current season, having played in every league game since arriving in SK14.

Hyde are back in action on Monday 11 April 2022, when they face Ashton United in the Manchester Premier Cup Final!

Myles Bright – Chorley FC

Bright joined Chorley on loan for the remainder of the season in March 2022.

The midfielder is yet to make an appearance for the National League North side, who sit fifth in the table with 58 points.

Connor Shanks – Boston United

Shanks joined fellow National League North side Boston United on loan for the remainder of the season in March 2022.

The midfielder is yet to make an appearance for the National League North side, who sit 10th in the table with 49 points.

Conor Falls – Stalybridge Celtic

Falls joined Stalybridge on loan for the remainder in March 2022, becoming an instant hit by scoring a last-minute winner on his debut!

The forward has gone on to make a further two appearances for the Northern Premier League Premier Division side so far, who occupy 17th place with 45 points.
