Huddersfield Town Head Coach Carlos Corberán admitted that the result was fair as his side took a point from their entertaining 2-2 home draw with QPR.
Speaking at full-time, Carlos summed up the game and gave further insight into some of the decisions that were made during the match.
“I think it was the fair result.
“In some moments we didn’t attack enough, and we didn’t use enough our possibilities to attack.
“They’re a team that can have the ball and accumulate passes - it’s not easy to press them.
“I think the team started the game really well.
“As soon as we started to be more compact, because you can’t be pressing all of the time, they started to accumulate passes and dominate a little bit more of the game, and we didn’t have the possibilities to counter attack.
“Playing with a four, it didn’t allow us to defend well and attack better.
“That’s why in the second half, with the injury to Danny Ward, we changed to be a more clear 3-5-2 in attack and in defence.
“The team competed better in the second half, but it’s true that the game was very equal.
“When they scored so soon to when we scored, it made it difficult to achieve our target of the three points.
“Unfortunately we didn’t do that, but fortunately we achieved one point.”
