TEAM NEWS: LUTON vs TOWN

Scott High replaces the injured Álex Vallejo

- Huddersfield Town side named to face Luton Town
- Head Coach Carlos Corberán makes one change to the side
- Scott High starts, with Jon Russell on the bench

Huddersfield Town Head Coach Carlos Corberán has made one change to the starting line-up for today’s Sky Bet Championship game against Luton Town; 3pm kick-off at Kenilworth Road.

Unfortunately, midweek goalscorer Álex Vallejo has not recovered from the knee injury that forced him off against Blackburn Rovers, so Scott High comes into the side for his first start in seven games.

Jonathan Hogg (abdominal) and Levi Colwill (ankle) are still unavailable, so the free spot in the match day 18 is taken by midfielder Jon Russell. It is the first appearance in a Championship match day squad for the 20-year-old, who has made 31 career appearances in League 1 and the Papa John’s Trophy for Chelsea and Accrington Stanley.

Matty Pearson makes a first return to his former club today, having left Luton at the end of last season. The centre back made 136 appearances for the Hatters across three seasons, scoring 10 goals.

Alongside Vallejo, Hogg and Colwill, Corberán is still without Ryan Schofield (back), Pipa (hip), Jordan Rhodes (back) and Aaron Rowe (toe).
