Huddersfield Town striker Danny Ward spoke to HTTV following the Terriers’ 1-1 Sky Bet Championship with Peterborough United.
Wardy was quick to comment on how he was feeling following the game.
“Fuming, to be honest.
“We battled hard, we got the goal, and then they got their goal.
“In my opinion, it was a foul on Levi, but sometimes those decisions don’t go your way.
“You’ve just got to put them to bed now and get ready for Saturday.”
Despite the result, the striker was pleased to have got Town’s goal.
“I was happy to be on the scoresheet.
“I just need to score a few more now because four’s not enough!”
Looking ahead to Cardiff City on Saturday 6 October 2021, Wardy discussed what the squad can take forward with them.
“It was a frustrating night, and we want to put it right.
“We just want to put it right really.”
