Another pre-season friendly has been confirmed for Carlos Corberán’s side, with Huddersfield Town travelling to Southport.
The game will take place at Southport’s Pure Stadium on Saturday 17 July 2021 and will kick-off at 3pm.
Information regarding supporters being able to attend the game or the potential streaming of the fixture will be detailed in due course.
Prior to the curtailment of the 2020/21 campaign, the Sandgrounders, who are managed by Liam Watson, were 17th in the Vanarama National League North – the sixth tier of English football – after picking up 16 points from 14 games.
This is the second senior friendly scheduled for Town so far, with a game against Harrogate Town confirmed at our Canalside training facility on 10 July.
