Re-Engage programme supports return to the classroom
- Foundation works with eight schools on project
- 1:1 mentoring, group work and interventions all used to help students
- Books delivered as a reward for their hard work
Eight local schools have recently received a delivery of brand-new, free books as part of their partnership with the Huddersfield Town Foundation!
Children at both primary and secondary age have taken part in the Re-Engage programme, facilitated by the Town Foundation with funding from the National Lottery.
The initiative ran for five months from October, with a Town Foundation coach working in each school one day a week.
