The Huddersfield Town Foundation is recruiting a Health Activator to help improve the quality of life of people in our local and regional communities.
In this part-time role the successful applicant will lead on the delivery of a range of health-related educational programmes including Weight Management, Healthy Lifestyles and Mental Health.
Previous experience of promoting health and/or physical activity programmes and the ability to influence others are essential to be successful in this role.
