Huddersfield Town supporters can now re-live the Club’s first pre-season friendly!
Carlos Corberan’s side ran out 1-0 winners against Harrogate Town at the John Smith’s Stadium as preparations for the 2021/22 Sky Bet Championship campaign continues.
The Terriers went 1-0 up with 13 minutes on the clock after Josh Koroma chipped Mark Oxley after latching on to a Jonathan Hogg through ball.
Town did well to match the physicality of their opponents, who made it difficult to break through when the home side looked to add a second. Lee Nicholls enjoyed an impressive first start for the Club and made several good saves to keep the visitors at bay.
In the second half, Town dominated the ball and came close to doubling the lead through Josh Ruffels, who saw a header saved, and Sorba Thomas, who’s free kick came back off the bar.
