Huddersfield Town host Swansea City in the Sky Bet Championship on Saturday, hoping to complete a double over one of the division’s best sides.

The match will take place on Saturday 20 February 2021, kicking off at 3pm at the John Smith’s Stadium.

The last meeting between the two sides saw the Terriers come away with a brilliant 2-1 win in South Wales, giving the Swans their only home loss of the season so far.

THE OPPOSITION

Swansea are currently third in the Sky Bet Championship. They sit five points off the top spot, but with two games in hand to top-placed Norwich City.

The Swans have earned 56 points through their 28 games, conceding just 15 goals along the way.

Away from home Swansea have won four of their last five games in the Sky Bet Championship.

FORM GUIDE

Swansea City are unbeaten in their last nine league games – a run consisting of seven wins and two draws. They are yet to lose a league game in 2020, a run fuelled by their strong defence.

Town come off the narrow loss at Middlesbrough in midweek and aim to get their first win of 2021. With the ninth best home record in the league, the Terriers will hope to get that first win and do the double on Swansea.

ONES TO WATCH

Jake Bidwell

The left-wing-back offers incredible support going forwards. Accumulating six assists and a goal this campaign, he has become one of the sides key elements going forward.

He’s missed one league game this season and has cemented himself as one of the first names on the team sheet every week.

Connor Roberts

On the other side of the field, the right-wing-back helps Swansea attack from either side of the pitch.

With five assists and two goals in the Sky Bet championship, the wing-back makes sure André Ayew and Jamal Lowe are never short of service.

Conor Hourihane

In the midfield, Hourihane has established himself early into his Swansea career. Three goals in as many games has allowed the new signing to burst into the team.

He has an ability in and around the box to find the goal, or an open teammate – a creative outlet that can cause serious damage.
