Huddersfield Town goalkeeper Lee Nicholls spoke to HTTV following the Terriers’ 1-1 Sky Bet Championship draw with Coventry City.
Nicholls was quick to comment on how he was feeling following the game.
“I’d rather have come away with three points and not have had to make a save.
“It is what it is, it’s the game of football.
“We’ve come away with three points many times this season when we’ve had to dig in and maybe defend a little.
“Credit to their striker, he’s made a great run across the near post and yeah, it was a good header.”
The ‘keeper went on to discuss the frustration of Coventry’s injury time equaliser.
“It’s not just frustrating as a ‘keeper, it’s frustrating for everyone at the Club.
“The fans are frustrated with it, we’re frustrated with it, everyone at the Club will be frustrated with it.
“We just need to keep going, keep working hard, and stick together.
“We’ve had a good start to the season, and we’ve just got to keep going.”
