LOAN: JAHEIM HEADLEY JOINS YEOVIL TOWN

18 December 2021

20-year-old left back heads to the National League

- Huddersfield Town B Team defender Jaheim Headley leaves on loan
- 20-year-old defender joins Yeovil Town
- Loan to run until 15 January 2022 inclusive

Huddersfield Town B Team defender Jaheim Headley has joined Vanarama National League side Yeovil Town on loan.

The 20-year-old left back will be with the Glovers until 15 January 2022 inclusive and is eligible for their league game at home to Woking later today.

London-born Jaheim joined the Town Academy in the summer of 2018 and has subsequently become a regular in Jon Worthington’s B Team. He’s made 18 appearances for the Young Terriers so far this season, scoring once.

He is yet to make his senior debut for Town, but he was an unused substitute in the season-ending Championship game at Reading in May 2021.

This will be his fourth loan in non-league, and his highest yet. Previously he has played for National League North side Bradford (Park Avenue) and National League South side Welling United, as well as Hyde United further down the pyramid.

Managed by former Stevenage boss Darren Sarll, Yeovil currently sit ninth in the fifth tier, just four points outside the Play-Off berths with a game in hand.
