- Full details of service below

Town are pleased to share details of ‘@htafchelp’ – an expanded version of the existing Ticketing account, which will help our fans have their queries answered.

Replacing the previous Ticket Office account, the HTAFC Help offering will be monitored 9.30am-4.30pm on weekdays, with support offered on First Team home matchdays up until kick-off.

Launched to provide Town fans a dedicated channel on social media to raise queries to, the account will deal with ticketing queries as well as other general enquiries. The account will also signpost supporters to the correct department to have their questions answered if required.

The Club’s general email address (info@htafc.com) is still in operation alongside the Supporter Services email address (supporterservices@htafc.com) for any matchday related queries or feedback. Those who feel more comfortable to call the relevant department on the telephone during opening hours are still welcome to do so.

Marketing and Communications Director David Threlfall-Sykes commented:

“In launching the new @htafchelp channel, we want to create a worthwhile resource for our supporters to have their queriers answered in good time.

"By dedicating an account purely for Club information, it will allow us to keep our content relevant in other areas, whilst ensuring that fans that require assistance aren’t being lost in and amongst other traffic.

“This new channel is designed to supplement our existing methods of contact, rather than replace.

"Supporters are still encouraged to ask questions in person, via email or over the phone if they so wish, but with an increasing level of importance and activity within the social media sphere in general, we felt that now was the time to create a place for Town fans to contact the Club directly and expect a response online.”
