Town Head Coach Carlos Corberán was disappointed with his sides lack of threat going forward when sharing his thoughts on our score draw with Coventry City at home.
Highlighting the need to have more focus on attack in the second-half rather than becoming to defensive, the Head Coach admitted that his side had not done enough to win.
“We’re disappointed, because we feel that we were very close to getting the three points today.
“But it’s true that if you analyse the balance of the game we didn’t do enough to win.
“As soon as we don’t have the ball and as soon as we don’t attack, we’re going to give opportunities to the opposition.
“We didn’t find the possibilities to press and we defended deep, and it’s a mistake to just be thinking to defend.
“We didn’t create any clear counter attacks in the second-half, we didn’t link with the striker or winger after we recovered the ball.
“The goal that we scored was a nice action collectively, and that has to send the message to us that we can do better and we can attack more.”
