Mipo Odubeko told HTTV that he’s ready for the experience of playing consistent men’s football with Huddersfield Town.
The 18-year-old completed a season-long loan move from West Ham United on Monday 30 August 2021, having signed a new contract at the London Stadium.
The striker is ready to show Huddersfield Town fans what he’s made of as he takes on the Sky Bet Championship.
“I feel good,” Mipo told #HTTV.
“I’m happy to be here.
“There were a few days of waiting, but I’m happy to get it over the line and I’m happy to be here.”
Odubeko explained what he hopes to get out of his first loan move/
“Obviously being around First Team players every day at West Ham, and then to come here and be a First Team player.
“Hopefully I’ll get myself in the team and play and contribute.
“I’m happy for the experience.”
The youngster also commented on how he’d describe himself as a player to Huddersfield Town fans.
“I like to score goals.
“I feel like all my life I’ve scored goals, it’s what I know how to do!”
