Some FAQs and answers ahead of home match's

How can I purchase tickets for this fixture?
Tickets are on sale now, and can be bought:

Online – click HERE to buy now

Over the phone – call 01484 960 606 between 10am and 4pm

In person – visit the John Smith’s Stadium Ticket Office during these hours

Please note: Ticket office is closed on Sunday's and Monday's.

 

How much are tickets for this fixture?
Adults - £25
65s and over - £20
18s and under - £15
Under-11s - £10

Disabled supporters should pay their relevant price class, with a companion ticket free of charge.

Tickets for wheelchair users are priced at £20, with a companion ticket free of charge.

 

How will I receive my match ticket?
You can receive your match ticket in several ways.

You can receive it through the post, on the proviso you buy it during the week with enough time to allow for delivery.

You can select the ‘Digital Delivery’ option when purchasing online, which provides you with two options. You can print your ticket at home, or you can download your ticket to your mobile device. The email you are sent will have both Apple Wallet and Google Pay buttons; click on the one that is relevant to your device to download the ticket to your phone.

 

What areas are on sale to home supporters?
All available home areas are on sale now, with the Fantastic Media Stand Lower Tier closed for this fixture.

 

Can I pay on the day?
Please note that there is no cash turnstile for home fans. If you want to pay on the day, you need to buy a ticket from our Ticket Office and take it to the relevant gate. We would strongly recommend you buy as soon as possible and remind you that you can buy online and add the ticket to your smartphone!

 

Will I be able to sit in my Season Ticket seat for this fixture?
Yes!

 

Will there be car parking available for this fixture?
Yes! If you don’t have an annual car park pass, you can buy a pass for our Gasworks Street car park. These are priced at £5 each and available via the Ticket Office and online now – click HERE to buy one.

You cannot pay in cash at the entrance to the car park – you must buy your car park pass online in advance.

 

I am a disabled supporter and require a Companion Ticket; do I qualify, and can I claim my tickets online?
This process can be completed online, but we would recommend you contact the Ticket Office for assistance in this matter. Please email jennah.taylor@htafc.com for help on this.

 

When can supporters enter the stadium prior to the match?
The stadium will open at 1.45pm for a Saturday 3pm kick-off, and 6.30pm for a 7.45pm evening game.

Supporters are encouraged to arrive as early as possible to avoid any queues.

 

Can I take a bag inside the stadium?
We will permit small, rucksack sized bags in, although they are subject to search. There is no on-site storage facility for oversized bags.

 

Will there be refreshments available to purchase on Saturday?
Stadium concourse Food & Beverage units will be open for this fixture. We’ll have more info on that during the week on htafc.com.

We would also highlight the new Street Food zone outside the Stadium, in association with Deliveree!

 

Do I need proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test?
There is no need to bring proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test result on the day of a game. However, we would ask that you do not attend the game if you are displaying any COVID-19 related symptoms or have been asked to isolate in line with government guidelines.

 

Will supporters have to wear facemasks for this fixture?
Supporters are advised to wear a face mask, face covering or face visor within the concourse, toilets and walking to their seats, although we appreciate that this is a matter of choice.

A note for disabled supporters
Please note that entry to the accessible toilets around the John Smith’s Stadium is now via radar key.
