Corberán makes five changes to the starting XI
- Huddersfield Town side named to face Rotherham United
- Head Coach Carlos Corberán makes five changes to line-up
- Ryan Schofield and Pipa return from illness and injury
Huddersfield Town Head Coach Carlos Corberán has made five changes to the starting line-up for today’s Sky Bet Championship game against Rotherham United; 3pm kick-off at the John Smith’s Stadium.
Having pulled out during the warm-up at Norwich City in midweek due to illness, goalkeeper Ryan Schofield comes straight back into the side today. He replaces Joel Pereira, who is a substitute today, with Jayson Leutwiler dropping out of the squad.
There’s also a welcome return to the side for Pipa, who has recovered from the injury that forced him off against Brentford a week ago. Demeaco Duhaney misses out with a slight hamstring injury.
Rarmani Edmonds-Green, Fraizer Campbell and Yaya Sanogo also return to the team this afternoon. As a result, Richard Stearman, Isaac Mbenza and Danny Ward start on the bench.
They are joined among the substitutes by Rolando Aarons, who is involved for the first time since the away game at Luton Town in early February having recovered from his hamstring injury.
Unfortunately, Harry Toffolo (back), Álex Vallejo (head), Oumar Niasse (hamstring), Danny Grant (thigh) and Christopher Schindler (knee) are still unavailable.
Alex Pritchard, Carel Eiting and Josh Koroma are training after their injuries, but are not ready to be selected today.
