Important information for 2020/21 Season Card holders

With supporters not allowed inside stadia currently due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the EFL has made matches available for fans to watch inside and outside the UK via its iFollow streaming service when the 2020/21 Sky Bet Championship season gets under way this Saturday.
Huddersfield Town Season Card holders will receive a unique code to the email address the Club has registered. Please ensure you check your spam and/or junk email folders, as the email may have been filtered by your service provider.
If we have no valid email address, 2020/21 Season Card holders will instead receive an SMS message to the mobile number we have registered.
If we have no valid email address or mobile number registered, the code – with information – will be sent to you in the post for this game.
This code can be entered to watch Town’s home game against Norwich City on Saturday (12 September 2020, 3pm kick-off) for free.

If you haven’t received your code by Thursday and you are a Season Card holder who renewed for the 2020/21 season before 5pm on Sunday 6 September 2020, please contact the Ticket Office on 01484 960 606 or email ticketenquiries@htafc.com as soon as possible.
Please note you can only use one code per email address.
Your email address and code are unique to you, so do not use the same email address or the same code to set up another account on another device. Only one device can be logged in per iFollow account at the same time.
If you are under-18, you will have to ask an adult to set up an iFollow account in their name but with a different email address to one already registered.
Non-Season Card holders
