Advice for supporters who had difficulties with iFollow HTAFC

- Huddersfield Town have spoken directly to the EFL
- EFL to help Huddersfield Town supporters
- Support information following the Norwich City game

Huddersfield Town has been in contact with the EFL after a number of Season Card holders had difficulties with iFollow HTAFC for the Club’s game against Norwich City.

Following detailed discussions, the below solutions have been put in place for those Season Card holders who struggled with the video platform.

Season Card Holders who paid for a match pass

Season Card holders who bought a match pass for the Norwich game because their code didn’t redeem WILL receive a refund.

The EFL will identify you and contact you regarding this. You do not need to do anything.

If you haven’t been contacted by the EFL by Monday (21 September) 2020 regarding a refund, then please email ifollow@htafc.com.

Season Card holders who didn’t watch the game because they couldn’t complete the code redemption process

Those Season Card holders who couldn’t watch the Norwich City game because their code didn’t redeem should contact the EFL Support Desk.

You can do this by emailing ifollow@efl.com or by using the chat function on htafc.com, stating your name and the code you were provided with.

We would encourage supporters to do this as soon as possible!

Once this has been resolved, you will receive a code to watch the Brentford away game this Saturday. If this is you and you’ve already purchased a match pass for Brentford, then you will receive a refund for it from the EFL.

As a club we would like to thank all Season Card holders for their patience and understanding. We are doing our best, with the EFL, to ensure iFollow HTAFC works for everyone.
