You can now see extended highlights from Town’s 2-1 away win at Swansea City for free, courtesy of HTTV!
The win was the Terriers’ first away win of the 2020/21 Sky Bet Championship season and first win away against Swansea since 2007!
Despite being under early pressure, it was Town that took the lead. A well-worked short corner created space for Juninho Bacuna, who’s low, drilled effort was flicked in by Harry Toffolo.
Just after the half hour mark, Andre Ayew grabbed a goal back. Ben Hamer was adjudged to have fouled a Swansea player in the area and the striker made no mistake from the penalty spot.
That didn’t deter the Terriers, however, who came back out in the second half with a renewed energy and belief. Isaac Mbenza hit the post with a curling effort inside the area, before Harry Toffolo curled wide from around eight yards out.
The pressure eventually paid off as Josh Koroma bagged his first goal of the season and first for Huddersfield Town! He picked up the ball on the edge of the area, showed great composure and released a fierce effort into the bottom corner.
