Important iFollow HTAFC information
- Season Card Holders must use the email address registered with the Ticket Office
- Last chance for Season Card Holders
- You must do this by noon on Wednesday 2 December 2020
Last chance for Huddersfield Town Season Card Holders to ensure their iFollow HTAFC account matches their online Ticket Office email address!
YOU MUST DO THIS BY NOON ON WEDNESDAY 2 DECEMBER 2020!
There are still just over 1,000 Season Card holders who need to do this. If you don't, then the process to watch on iFollow HTAFC will be slightly more complicated!
EFL Digital, who run iFollow HTAFC, have changed the way Season Card Holders can access the games without using a code. As long as Season Card Holders use the email address that the Town Ticket Office have for you (CLICK HERE to go to your log in to your online Ticket Office to check the email address) is the same as the one you registered for iFollow HTAFC.
This will allow EFL Digital to add access to this game with the supplier, Endeavour, at their end. You will then be able to access the all home games and midweek away games going forward.
If you have more than one Season Card registered to the same email address with our Ticket Office, don’t worry – EFL Digital will allow more than one device to watch the game using the same iFollow account (up to four devices maximum).
If your email address is different, then please email the Ticket Office via ticketenquiries@htafc.com.
If you already use the same email address for iFollow HTAFC that you use for the online Ticket Office, no action is needed.
To check your email address is the one that our Ticket Office has stored, login to the online Ticket Office HERE. Once logged in, your client reference number should be displayed here.
If you have more than one Season Card registered to the same email address with our Ticket Office, don’t worry – EFL Digital will allow more than one device to watch the game using the same iFollow account (up to four devices maximum).

As you hopefully already know, Season Card holders can watch every home league game and midweek away league game LIVE, for free, on iFollow HTAFC.
We’re constantly working with EFL Digital to ensure that the level of service is as good as possible for our fans. It’s still not perfect, though, and we’ll work towards that always.
To check you can watch the games, please follow the instructions below:
- Login to your account (top-right corner of htafc.com)
- Click on your name
- Scroll down to 'Purchased Packages' and hit the +

For this to have been activated, Season Card Holders needed to have created an iFollow HTAFC account.
