Letter writing scheme aims to help both older and younger people

With Government guidelines on Social Distancing still in place, there is a risk of members of the local community, in particular the older generation, feeling isolated.
To try and combat this, the Huddersfield Town Foundation has reached out to local care homes in a bid to try and connect generations through the power of writing.
Working on the back of the Premier League’s #GetInTouch initiative, the Town Foundation is reaching out for expressions of interest from local primary and secondary schools who would like to encourage their students to engage with a resident.
